New Account Specialist

Pay Rate: $21.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a customer-focused and proactive New Account Specialist to join a growing organization. This role is responsible for supporting new customers during the initial onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to company products and services, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers, provide product education, and help drive customer retention during the critical first 30 days of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new customers within their first month of service to ensure a successful onboarding experience and reinforce the value of company products.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionality, and best practices to maximize utilization and satisfaction.
  • Provide timely support and guidance to resolve questions, concerns, and onboarding challenges.
  • Proactively engage with customers to reduce cancellations and improve retention during the initial subscription period.
  • Work with customers who are considering cancellation to identify solutions and retain their business whenever possible.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, patience, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, retention, call center, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
